Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer, $7.99 or £6.99 in the UK
I've had this little beaut of a product since last summer, and I've used it every single day since my mum bought it home for me from America. I finished it up this week, and went out to buy a new one - only then did I think to post about it for you all!
I first heard about this from Ingrid in one of her videos, and having thought she always had a lovely, wide awake look to her make up, asked my mum to bring me one back from the USA. I think at the time you could already get them in the UK, but I don't think I realised that until after! Having never tried the original Touche Eclat from YSL, I wasn't so much comparing it to other highlighting, under eye products - more just seeing what effect a highlightly concealer had on my dark circles compared to a normal concealer.
The Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch (as it's called here in the UK, my American one has slightly different packaging/name) comes in 6 shades in the US, but appears to only be in 2 in the UK which is a disappointment. I have the lightest shade, Ivory and luckily this is one that is stocked over here in England. All the shades are very pink toned which is exactly what is needed to knock out the dull, grey tones your get under you eyes. Anything yellow toned will only enhance!
I've read a few negative reviews on this product, people saying the tube ran out quickly or it was drying but I have to say, I haven't found either of those to be a problem. Like I said, I've had this since August last year and have used it everyday since, with it only just running out. With regards to it being drying, I suppose I do have oily skin so those with more dry skin may want to use an eye cream under it.
One thing to note is, this isn't a very light concealer. The consistency of the gel formula is very thick - which for me is a bonues, one swipe and all dark circle nasties are gone, but I know some people will find it to feel cakey, even if it doesn't look it.
Overall, I love this highlighting concealer and have just repurchased it from Boots. If you struggle with undereye darkness, it's worth giving a go!

This sounds gorgeous, although I think I'm too in love with my Wake me up concealer! xo
