After a bit of a stressful Thursday and a busy weekend coming up, I decided that on Friday, I needed to calm down and chill out. Things were whirling around in my head, and even though it was 11am, a bath was in order. I usually pop in a Lush bath bomb and be done with it, but I felt like I needed something more relaxing so I raided my cupboards and stumbled across a few bits to help me unwind.

I discovered an Elemis Spa Home giftset* in my drawer, and immediately grabbed a few of the products out of it. I love Elemis products for their gorgeous herbal scents, so as soon as I dolloped some of their Quiet Mind Relaxing Bath Elixir* into my bath, I knew I was in for a treat. The room filled with a gorgeous, calming scent so I finished off the set with the Skin Nourishing Shower Cream* and Body Lotion* for afterwards.

After being a bit run down and a frantic end to fashion week, my skin also needed a treat. I went with my favourite Warming Mineral Mask from the Body Shop. It does such a good job of clearing out the impurities and my skin certainly need it. With my Fairy Dust candle* burning I was set for 20 minutes of relaxtion bliss...

What do you use to relax and unwind?

  1. I have the Elemis bath Elixir too, but haven't got around to using it yet. It smells lovely though and I can't wait to use it!
